DeMotte Architects is an architectural firm established in 1990 based in Ridgefield CT, with a majority of our work in Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY. We also work in the surrounding areas such as Litchfield, Dutchess, and Putnam Counties. At DeMotte Architects, we specialize in residential design and our projects range from designing custom homes for homeowners, spec houses for developers, and additions to existing houses of all types. Our style is broad, ranging from modern farmhouses to traditional shingle style or Colonial homes. Each project is specific to our clients’ personal taste, lifestyle, wants and needs, along with the context of the neighborhood and the site itself.
