The existing house in Greenwich is a 1,200 SF ranch that the owners have outgrown & are in need of additional space.
The solution? Build a 2nd story addition along with a family room & deck addition on the back of the house. The total square footage increased from 1,200 SF to 4,300 SF, transforming a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house to a 5 bedroom / 6 bathroom house.
