Eco countertop material is made with 75% recycled post-industrial and post-consumer recycled content, including salvaged mirrors; window and bottle glass; salvaged porcelain from toilets, tiles, and china; and industrial furnace residuals from factories. The remainder of the material is stone scrap bonded with 22% corn oil resin. The surfacing is non-porous, requires no sealers, and is durable with high stain, scratch, and scorch performance, the company says.
