This is a builder’s own home which was clearly bought as a “fixer-upper.” The existing house had been added onto many times by the previous owner, being done very poorly each time.
Phase 1 consisted of building a 2 story garage addition onto the right side of the house, with a guest bedroom suite behind the 2 car garage. The second floor consists of a large “bonus” room above for both kids & adults, while an exercise room is in the basement.
Phase 2 was a 2 story addition to the left side of the house consisting of a kitchen/breakfast area, family room & dining room on the first floor with a master bedroom suite above.
