Project Description
This is a custom, 4700 square foot LivingHome in Santa Monica, CA. It was designed by Ray Kappe, FAIA, for LivingHomes. The client is a single male and it was designed to be a move-up home for him. The LivingHome is comprised of eleven modules. It was assembled over two days. Like all LivingHomes, this home features an extremely comprehensive environmental program (see below). We expect it to be certified LEED Gold.
