This cape conversion and addition was completed in Harrison, New York.
The owners bought this cape with the intention of adding a second story addition to increase the square footage of the house.
The first floor was remodeled extensively & enlarged to the rear to create a larger kitchen/breakfast area, which opens onto a bluestone terrace. A front porch was also added which creates a welcoming entry.
