Today, the American Institute of Architects announced the winners of the 2020 Interior Architecture Awards. The organization recognized seven projects in the United States for innovative design that includes a “sense of place and purpose, ecology and environmental sustainability and history.”
The jury for the 2020 Interior Architecture Awards comprised chair Zena Howard, FAIA, of Perkins and Will in Charlotte, N.C.; Benjamin de Rubertis, AIA, of Flad Architects in Seattle; Kelly Haigh, AIA, of DesignLab Architects in Boston; James Garrett, AIA, of 4RM+ULA in Saint Paul, Minn.; and Kelly Bauer of White Baux Studio in Phoenix.
