The Elevate conference takes place Dec. 8 to 10, 2025 in Miami.

Zonda’s Elevate conference returns to Miami this December, bringing together the leading voices in global real estate to unpack the trends reshaping luxury high-rises—what’s selling now, what’s next, and how to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive $1.5 trillion market.

Now in its third year, December 8–10, Elevate moves to a new venue—the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami—which will serve as the gathering place for top developers, architects, and investors driving innovation in luxury development. Attendees will explore the design, finance, and cultural forces transforming the skyline through a mix of high-level discussions and peer-to-peer networking.

Highlights of the program include sessions on the state of the market and economy, capital strategies, global luxury trends and buyer behavior, the role of branding in high-rise development, AI’s influence on marketing and design, and wellness-driven living. Other panels will examine how food, art, and technology are shaping the next era of experiential design.

In addition to hearing from leading panelists, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with peers and Elevate Ambassadors, including Marci Clark, Managing Director at JDS Development Group; Anant Sharma, founder and CEO of Matter Of Form; and Whitney Arcaro, EVP and Chief Revenue Officer of Residential RXR.
