Video: Pop-Up House for the Metropolitan Millennial

Millennials are delaying household formation and suburban homebuying in search of the employment and cultural opportunities offered by big cities. For the single, metropolitan Millennial looking to maximize small spaces in an affordable apartment building, Madrid-based architects TallerDE2 Arquitectos have the perfect solution.

The Pop-Up House, located in a gutted 1950’s 737 square-foot apartment, is made up of 54 small modular units that each serve a particular function from eating to entertainment. Simply, it’s the reverse modular home.
