USGBC Launches App Lab to Support LEED Automation

The USGBC has launched App Lab, an online catalog of third-party applications (or apps) that are integrated with LEED data. The lab currently has eight applications developed by LEED Automation program partners.

  • Greengrade LEED Management Software to assist project teams in communicating, tracking, and managing LEED project information

  • GreenWizard to help design and construction firms evaluate, select, and document products

  • Indie Energy Network and Energy App Exchange, an open platform of real-time building data, analytics, and energy apps from developers around the world

  • LEED EBOM Documentation Management (LDM), to manage LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance projects’ establishment and performance documents required for initial certification and recertification

  • LoraxPro Mobile, Web-based software that manages and automates the LEED certification process

  • PlantLog, a flexible, mobile data-collection and reporting tool to minor the performance of fixed assets and critical systems within a facility

  • SCIwatch, which automates the commissioning process and generates reports to LEED Online to verify ongoing commissioning.

  • SeriousEnergy Manager, which assists with energy-related decisions.
