Part of the Energy Saver Plus Home Plans Collection, the stone façade on this home is designed to evoke a European feel. The layout is centered around a large great room, with a master bedroom suite situated in the left wing. Two additional bedrooms with a full bath are also key parts of the layout, along with a den, breakfast space, and a dining area. There’s a generous amount of natural light from the wide rear lanai, and according to plan details “energy-saving building techniques … can enable energy savings of 40-50% when built to spec, compared to a typical new home.” These include locating ductwork in conditioned spaces and more efficient 2X6 construction.
