ReNewShield is a vapor-permeable air-barrier membrane manufactured by VaproShield that is made of post-consumer material—including 70% recycled plastic bottles—and is completely recyclable. For every square foot, the air-barrier membrane uses slightly more than two 10oz. recycled plastic water or soda bottles; the average five-story building could prevent 70,500 bottles from entering the waste stream.
