Bluebeam Revu is “the leading PDF-based markup and collaboration solution for technical professionals, and is used by the world’s most document-intensive industries to communicate and share feedback on project documents digitally, anytime, anywhere…even offline.”
The software costs under $150, with a return of 60 percent increased productivity (according to Bluebeam’s product page). Blubeam Studio, Revu’s integrated cloud feature, allows a team to access, manage, and collaborate on a full set of digital documents in real-time. One caveat: the program is accessible on PC tablet or iPad, but not on a desktop Mac or MacBook.
