Product: GE Lighting and USG Corp. Integrated Ceiling and Lighting System

1 MIN READ

USG and GE Lighting have teamed up to offer a monolithic, integrated ceiling and lighting system for commercial applications. The system, which combines USG’s Logix Ceiling System and GE’s Lumination LED Linear Recessed Luminaires, concentrates the light source in narrow bands that run the length of the ceiling and are coplanar with the ceiling panels. The 4- or 6-inch-wide linear recessed luminaires come in 4- and 5-foot lengths and can connect together for continuous runs. Available in three color temperatures—3000K, 3500K, and 4000K—the dimmable luminaires have a minimum color rendering index of 80 and can be suspended or wall mounted. Meanwhile, USG’s Logix ceiling panels have a high light reflectance, contain recycled content, and come in 48-inch or 60-inch widths and in lengths between 48 and 102 inches. gelightingsolutions.com; usg.com
