Peak, Unika Vaev
Inspired by works of Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, FAIA, Peak is part of Ecoustic Sculp collection of acoustic ceiling tiles designed by Australian textile company Instyle Contract Textiles for Danish manufacturer Unika Vaev. A NeoCon Gold Award winner, Peak has a noise reduction coefficient of 0.80 and is constructed from PET (polyethylene terephthalate), containing more than 50% recycled material. Each 4′-by-2′ or 2′-square suspended tile comprises 10 stacked triangular panels to create its sculptural look. Each module weighs approximately 6.6 pounds or less, and is offered in six colorways.
