American clothing brand Eileen Fisher is a socially conscious company and a pioneer of sustainable fashion. Now, the Irvington, N.Y.–based company is planning to expand its scope of home products and launch a line of acoustic panels and architectural wall systems in September. Designed by company’s founder Eileen Fisher with New York–based artist Sigi Ahl, the line is suitable for use in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. DesignWork is part of the company’s 2015 initiative to create felted textiles from scraps of the brand’s’s old garments, purchased back from customers, and uses a felt-needling technique to make the fabrics. eileenfisherdesignwork.com
