Canyon Ridge Collection Modern Series, Clopay
This collection of garage doors by Mason, Ohio–based door company Clopay are available in sizes up to 10’-tall, and offered in plank, metal inlay, and full-view designs. The doors come with four layers of protection: 3″- or 6″-wide faux-wood composite planks that are resistant to rot and weathering, a steel layer made of 75-percent recycled content, 2″ of Clopay’s proprietary Intellicore polyurethane insulation, and an added steel backing.

The Intellicore foam is injected into the hollow core of the garage door, which then expands to provide an R-value up to 20.4, as well as reduces outdoor noise. The plank design option can be fitted with staggered, impact-rated glass inserts measuring 14″ long by 6″ wide or 35″ long by 6″ wide. The metal-inlay design comes with slim aluminum inserts that stretch all the way across the single or double doors, while the full-view design comes with gridded glass inserts that come in the same two sizes as in the plank design.

A replaceable vinyl weather seal at the bottom of each door is fastened with a rust-resistant aluminum retainer for exterior protection. The doors also feature 10-ball nylon rollers for silent operation. Cladding is available in five finishes including walnut and primed; glass finish options include clear, frosted, rain, and obscure.
