You won’t find a bolt or screw among the materials used by Cincinnati-based furniture maker Ampersand in the design of its Bundle side table. Instead, the wooden-dowel legs, circular Dupont-brand Corian top, and support disc use the force of their own friction to hold snugly together in a silhouette that the company says emulates the look of harvested wheat. Bundle is available with a white Corian top and black walnut or white oak dowels, or with a black Corian top and black walnut or hard maple dowels. Ampersand; www.ampersandbrand.com.
