Bertazzoni added a line of built-in stainless steel convection ovens at a price point lower than its existing selections and in sizes to meet the needs of both small and large kitchen spaces. The XV Professional Line fits flush with the wall or cabinet and features a soft-closing door and ergonomically shaped metal knobs and handles. The new line is available as a 30-inch double or single model with nine cooking modes, seven rack positions, and four heating elements. A 24-inch, single-oven version features nine cooking settings and two shelves. Bertazzoni, 866.905.0010; us.bertazoni.com.
