Axor MyEdition, Axor
Designed in collaboration with German creative studio Phoenix Design, Axor’s new bathroom faucet features a geometric shape with clean, linear lines and a minimalist look. What makes this faucet distinct is its ability to be personalized. Each Axor MyEdition fixture comprises a low-profile body and a replaceable plate. “[This system] opens up a wide range of style possibilities,” said Ryan Ramaker, Axor’s senior director of product development, R&D, and marketing, in a press release. “Cover plates can even be retrofitted, meaning users can change ‘the look’ at a later date.” Each faucet is integrated with PowderRain spray disc by German sanitary fittings manufacturer Hansgrohe, which, according to Axor, “features precisely arranged nozzles that incorporate several microscopic openings.” Axor MyEdition is offered in single-hole, widespread, and wall-mounted versions and in seven cover plate finishes, including 13 physical vapor deposition (PVD) options, leather, wood, and marble. axor-design.com
