Attic Fan from Solatube

The company has introduced a new attic fan to its Solar Star line, a 22-watt model for larger and steeper attic spaces. Its roof-mount vent draws hot air and moisture out of the attic, providing a continuous flow of air and regulating the attic temperature to make living spaces more comfortable. The unit installs quickly without wiring, the company says, and its leakproof flashing is compatible with all roof types. It is eligible for a 30% federal tax credit through 2012. 888.765.2882. www.solatube.com.
