Triangle Fastener Corp. has introduced the Concealor DP3 to its Concealor line of fasteners. It is designed to attach architectural insulated panels to steel, among other materials. It is available in the following sizes: 1/4-14 x 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-inch. The fastener is capable of drilling up to 1/4-inch-thick steel and is coated with a long-life coating. The 5/8-inch diameter head provides good pullover loads and reduces dimpling in foam panels. In addition, an un-threaded section eliminates jacking when installing the insulated panel.
