Nuckolls Fund 2004 Grant Awards Announced

The Nuckolls Fund for Lighting Education announced its grants for 2004 totaling $55,000. Two $20,000 grants were awarded to universities: the Rhode Island School of Design to establish a new lighting design studio course; and Maryland Institute College of Art to develop a course called ‘Lighting Concepts and Applications.’ The $10,000 Edison Price Fellowship awarded to an educator went to Robert Davis of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he is pursuing a doctoral degree in vision and visual perception. The award of the $5,000 Jonas Bellovin Scholar Achievement Award went to Wook Jea Oh, a student at Pennsylvania State University Department of Architectural Engineering.
