Murray Feiss Imports and Sea Gull Lighting Complete Merger

Murray Feiss Imports, a Bronx-based designer and importer of residential lighting products, and New Jersey-based lighting manufacturer Sea Gull Lighting have announced the completion of a merger through partnership with Quad-C Management, a private equity investment firm. Each company will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity under the umbrella of a newly created holding company, Quality Home Brands Holdings.
