Leviton Announces New Vice President and General Manager

Richard Westfall will lead the lighting brands and business.

Leviton has announced the appointment of Richard Westfall as vice president and general manager of the Leviton Lighting business unit. Westfall will add this new role overseeing the company’s four lighting brands–Birchwood Lighting, ConTech Lighting, JCC, and Intense Lighting–to his existing role as vice president and general manager of the Energy Management, Controls and Automation business unit.

Daryoush Larizadeh, president and chief operating officer for Leviton said in a prepared statement, “Richie is a highly tenured Leviton leader and industry veteran who continues to play a key role in contributing to the company’s growth. [He] brings a strong understanding of Leviton agents and customer needs, and we are excited to have him lead both business units.” Westfall will focus on strengthening each brand and expanding the overall Leviton Lighting portfolio.

Neal Award for her Editor’s Comments in the category of Best Commentary/Blog, and in 2015, AL received a Jesse H. Neal Award for Best Media Brand (Overall Editorial Excellence).Prior to her entry into design journalism, Donoff worked in New York City architectural offices including FXFowle where she was part of the project teams for the Reuters Building at Three Times Square and the New York Times Headquarters. She is a graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Me., and she earned her Master of Architecture degree from the School of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis.
