Winding Walks of Sayler Park is about to begin its second phase of development, according to Cincinnati Business Courier’s Tom Demeropolis. When complete, the single-family home development will be one of the largest LEED-certified home developments in the country and the largest new-home development in the city of Cincinnati in 25 years.

Sixteen home lots have been sold so far in the community, and three homes are complete, with five more under construction. When eighteen of the first phase’s twenty-four lots are sold, developer David Sehlhorst will begin on the second phase out of four.

All of the homes in Winding Walks will be built to LEED Silver certification. In the city of Cincinnati, new homes built at that level are eligible for a tax abatement on $400,000 of the improved value for 15 years.
