Impact Resistant, Silver Line by Andersen

Designed for coastal and near-coastal applications, these windows and doors stand up to high winds.

The effects of climate change are garnering the public’s attention, causing the design community to focus more intently on resilient construction. The Impact Resistant line of windows and doors from Silver Line by Andersen features a laminate glass that protects against high winds and rain, as well as some wind-borne debris. Available in double-hung, single-hung, casement, awning, and patio door configurations, the series is Energy Star qualified and Green Approved by the NAHB Research Center. The exposed hardware is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. silverlinewindows.com
