2012 AIA Honor Awards Announces Call for Entries

Program celebrates the best in contemporary American architecture.

The AIA Honors Awards program, which selects outstanding projects from across the country, will be accepting entries through Aug. 26.

The program recognizes three divisions: Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Regional and Urban Design. In recognition of the AIA’s position statement on sustainable practice, which set a goal of a minimum of a 50% reduction of energy use in buildings by 2010 with the goal of carbon neutrality by 2030, submitted projects should reflect an energy-reduction commitment where possible.

For more information visit the AIA’s Awards program website for details on submitting projects, eligibility criteria, juror information, and previous recipients.
