Project Description

Perched on a gently sloping ridge above the Yakima Valley, this contemporary estate spreads its wings across the expansive site to capture the sweeping views of the city below and Mt. Adams to the West.

The home is comprised of three seperate wings weaving in and out of the site, creating outdoor rooms and offering varying views as you move through the home. The West Wing houses a spacious Master Suite, Exercise Room and Office. The Center Wing contains the Entry, an expansive Great Room which is vaulted up to a open Loft , a large entertaining Kitchen and Breakfast Nook, and a spacious formal Dining Room. The East Wing contains two Bedroom Suites and Playroom. A seperate Cabana functions as both a Guest Suite and Pool house for large infinity edge pool and spa.

Shifting stone walls, expansive glass planes, and low pitched roofs reaching out in various directions give the home a dynamic sense of movement and ever changing compostions.
