Project Description

Aedas-designed Xiamen Fortune Centre received a LEED Gold certification recently.

Located along the coastal area overlooking the Gulanyu Resort Island, Xiamen Fortune Centre stands at 192-meter and is currently the tallest office tower in the Fujian Province.

The 43-storey tower features 19 sky gardens with double volume voids to offer a pleasant and sustainable workplace environment.

The design concept is based on images of mining with horizontal lines of sun shading fins to reflect different layers of sediments. The fins flowing like a ribbon are designed strategically on the façade to maximise energy efficiency.
