The Winter Springs Town Center is a mixed-use development that enhances open green spaces with artwork, sculptures, water features, and park benches.
Situated adjacent to several traditional neighborhoods and city government buildings, the center provides a mix of retail shops, private businesses, a food market, restaurants, and bars. The narrow network of streets, shaded walkways, and turn-of-the-century streetlights create a safe and inviting environment for pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
Created to replicate the feel of “old town” Florida in the heart of the city, this mixed-use development is Winter Springs’ approach to the “new urbanism” concept of developing a walk-able neighborhood within an office and retail environment.
