With a mission to “Serve the World Flavor,” Wingstop puts experience at the forefront of its brand. After a comprehensive workplace strategy session with various user groups, the SmithGroup team was able to design and deliver an amenity-rich headquarters that embodies the Wingstop identity. The new facility promotes culture by connecting people through a flexible environment populated with social and collaborative spaces. The brand comes to life in the design and connects people to the purpose and meaning behind their work. The new Wingstop headquarters creates a transparent and diverse environment, fosters communication, breaks down silos and fuels innovation.
