Project Description
This 7,000 square foot Williamsburg condominium was designed in 2017, is a 5-story residential multi-family building, and is geared toward growing families seeking to stay a part of the Williamsburg’s thriving community.
The building’s façade is a minimalist take on the classic punched-opening masonry façades that have been an essential part of Brooklyn residential architecture for over a century. The energy-efficient façade features oversized high-performance windows that provide each unit with an abundance of daylight to each of the living spaces.
The building features duplex and floor-through apartments with exposed concrete slabs. In addition, the 11-foot ceiling height, hardwood floors, concrete tiled bathrooms, and bespoke minimalist kitchens carry the clean, modern aesthetic throughout the units. This project was completed in the summer of 2019.
