Safety and patron comfort improvements, including technology and balcony upgrades, to a historic 500+ seat landmark historic American theatre in Aspen, CO.
M+Sa provided full design and project management services including patron safety and comfort upgrades; new balcony structure; newly configured seating; HVAC upgrades; emergency lighting; significant technology upgrade to state-of-the-art digital cinema projection system; addition of efficient LED lighting project-wide, including chandelier refurbishment.
