Real estate development firm, Location Ventures, and Hamed Rodriguez Architects, designed Villa Valencia to frame a wellness-oriented residential condominium with world-class services, cutting-edge technology, sophisticated design and a passion for nature. The building will integrate Delos pioneering DARWIN Home Wellness Intelligence Network within all 39 condominiums, procured and installed by HEDsouth, a premier technology integration and automation company brought on by Location Ventures. The development is the first U.S. condominium to debut the DARWIN wellness technology.
Located on the private side of Coral Gables at 515 Valencia Avenue, the building’s estate-sized residences will range from three to six bedrooms ranging from 2,616 – 6,263 square feet and start at $1.65 million, with finishes selected to bring contemporary style and timeless craftsmanship into perfect harmony. The development will rise 13 stories and feature open floor plans with 10-foot ceilings, 10-foot exterior sliding doors, 8-foot European wood interior doors, impact-glass door and window systems and more, with views of the city and golf course. This first-of-its-kind project in the area is anticipated to be move-in ready by summer 2021.
