New modern villa in Marathia of Keri region, on Zakynthos Island. Designed by architect Lucy Lago.
Area of the villa is 200 m2. Villa Domy consists by open kitchen, living and dining area, 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and wc. It has panoramic views to the sea, Marathonisi and Peluzo islands. The villa harmoniously fits into the landscape of the environment, creating a single ensemble with nature.
Materials of facades has warm colors. The use of wood, cream vanilla marble and local stone makes the villa part of the landscape. It creates harmonic dialogue between nature and architecture.An infinity pool connects the sea to edge of the pool. This water environment makes you feel as if you are one with the horizon, floating above the landscape, luxuriating in sky, and finally understanding how it feels to be a bird.
Villa Domy has been designed to a high standard with the great attention to details. A special place in the design is given to open spaces, such as garden, verandas and sitting areas. The main veranda includes open kitchen, dining and tea areas. The center of the composition is an old olive tree, which fits into the architectural space of the villa and complements it. Each place has a special atmosphere of warmth and sweetness. This functional, comfortable villa is a wonderful place for a happy family life.
