Project Description
An organized shopping destination for the community that sets out amidst the typical non-organized segment. The project brief demanded the creation of a unique, organized shopping center amidst the non-organized shopping complexes of East Delhi. Enlivened with the creation of three levels of shopping activity, adjacent to a three-screen multiplex, it is complemented by a 500+ car parking space. The two luxurious, well-finished building blocks encourage a host of activities both indoor and outdoor, making it a popular community destination with over 300 shops facing the atrium. The Challenge was to create a masterpiece amidst non-organized shopping centers.
