Project Description

The new Mesa Court Expansion provides a welcoming living-learning environment for students, faculty and staff. Designed in collaboration with Hensel Phelps using design-build project delivery, the LEED Platinum targeted facility consists of three residence halls that contain a total of 780 beds and diverse community spaces including flexible classrooms and study rooms, fitness center, student center and lounges.

At the ground level, a cutting-edge dining facility supports healthy lifestyles with multiple fresh food venues, culinary classes and a coffee house with extended hours. Exterior circulation, outdoor dining and courtyards designed for flexible social and class uses maximize usable space on the site and enhance campus connectivity. The facility will serve as a dynamic student life hub to support the larger 2,500-student Mesa Court neighborhood.
