Project Description
Randall-Paulson Architects was selected for the 1999-2004 IDIQ North Georgia USPS contract for architectural services.
This contract included:
• Design and construction
administration of eleven main or full
service post offices including
Centerville, Dallas, Lawrenceville,
Sharpsburg, and Rome
• Design of ten carrier annexes
including Cumming, Cumberland,
Roswell, and Decatur
• Design of two retail facilities in
Roswell, Georgia and Galleria Mall
in Birmingham, Alabama
• Over eighty site assessments &
due diligence
• Eleven renovation or retrofit
projects
• Three OIG office renovations in
Atlanta, Georgia and Tampa, Florida
RPA was again selected in 2004 & 2009 for additional terms of work for the USPS the latest contract renewal to be completed in 2011, with an option for three one-year renewals. Multiple main post offices, carrier annexes, site assessments, retail facilities and OIG offices have been completed or are currently under design or construction.
