For more than 30 years, Tyler Technologies (formerly known as New World Systems) has provided solutions for Local Government and Public Safety agencies and their specialties include software, hardware, training and support. The company is privately held and employee-owned, and has reliably and organically grown to more than 400 employees without mergers or acquisitions common in the industry. To ensure a proper environment for future growth and to enhance its ability to serve and innovate for the needs of the marketplace, Tyler Technologies purchased a building and renovated three floors. The renovation allows the company to address changing technologies and workplace expectations, attract and retain top talent, and host clients in an environment custom-designed to facilitate collaboration, training, and focused work modes.
