Project Description
The design of this Tuscan Style home found its inspiration in the owner’s strong Italian heritage, sunny California climate and a site allowing extensive views of Sonoma valley and its vineyards.
Symmetry is present throughout the house and is even found at the garden where the swimming pool and two matching glass enclosed pool houses complete the site.
Though simple in plan, obstacles such as the discovery of a dense bedrock beneath the surface demonstrated a challenging project. The only solution was to excavate, leaving no doubt the house is on solid grounds.
In addition, materials were carefully chosen and integrated to produce an authentic Tuscan Home, exuding the best quality of architecture and dedication to craftsmanship, and going beyond the owner’s expectations.
The best reward has been the continuous sense of satisfaction from the owner and the relationship established through the design of a timeless home.
