Project Description

Established in 1856, Tockwotton Home has relocated and dramatically expanded their ability to serve residents within a new, 138,000 sf facility on the East Providence waterfront featuring 73 assisted living units, a new 31-bed assisted living memory support community and a new 52-bed nursing home.

With this new facility, Tockwotton has adopted the new and innovative household centered model of nursing care. Each nursing household is designed to function as an independent residential home for 17 to 18 residents. Each has its own distinct entry vestibule, living room, dining room, and residential-scale kitchen.
