Project Description
Seeking to reconnect the fenced-in area to the surrounding neighborhood, the plan extends an adjacent street grid through the site and adds new streets in a complementary pattern. The plan also dictates the adaptive re-use of several historic industrial buildings, and provides for a waterfront park.
