Project Description

The Marquis at Bellaire Ranch, in Fort Worth, Texas, is a 316 unit apartment community covering 310,232 square feet of leasable area and was inspired by images of original ranch houses in Texas. The property, which Bellaire Ranch is built upon, was owned by one of the largest ranching families in Texas. The site is formerly virgin Texas timberland which in the 1860’s was controlled by the Comanche Indians. The site has 100+ year old oak, elm and cedar trees, so a ranch-style environment which creates a relaxed, comfortable environment for residents.
