Project Description

FROM THE ARCHITECTS:

The Lenore, located at 114 E. Lexington Street in the heart of downtown Baltimore, is adaptive use of the former Baltimore branch of the Richmond Federal Reserve. Converting this 134,000 sf class-b office building with an ornate double-height lobby into 102 market rate residential apartments will provide much needed housing within the central business district. This project is anticipating LEED-NC Silver certification and has taken advantage of federal historic preservation tax credits.
