The four plans are designed to meet the needs of owners at different phases of their lives: 2 two-story plans for young and growing families; a single story plan for retirees, wounded service-members or other impaired individuals; and a smaller plan for singles and empty-nesters. Affordable prices combined with FHA financing yields monthly payments equivalent to apartment rents. Homes are 26% more energy efficient than required under California codes and include solar electric power systems.
