Project Description
The Haven is a wood-framed, multi-family building, located in National Harbor’s downtown area near the Potomac River. Many homes offer expansive views of the Capital Wheel and the Potomac River.
The Mid-town neighborhood, in which The Haven is located, is an eight-acre multi-family precinct at the eastern edge of the National Harbor downtown. This mid-rise district is just steps away from more than 160 shops and over 40 dining experiences. The three city blocks reinforce the urban streetscape and scale. This space creates a local residential experience tucked away from the surrounding boulevards and adjacent commercial foot traffic.
The project features amenities including a club room with areas for large and small groups; cyber lounge; bike storage; resort-style pool featuring a hardscaped patio, poolside seating and private cabanas, an outdoor lounge with seating and lawn games; and an equipped fitness center and yoga studio opening onto the courtyard. The building is positioned on parcel of land approximately 2.0 acres in size.
