This mixed-use development is located within walking distance of the University of Notre Dame and a mile from downtown South Bend. Designed to reflect the existing architectural vocabulary of South Bend, its Midwestern palette subtly varies between traditional vernacular and contemporary in order to achieve an authentic eclectic flavor.
