Tangram House West is the second residential tower within the 1.2 million-square-foot, mixed-use Tangram project in Flushing. Comprised of more than 130 residences, Tangram House West anticipates to officially launch sales in Spring 2019, with a scheduled delivery one year later. In total, Tangram House will bring 324 luxury residences to the Flushing market across two residential towers within the mixed-use development, which also includes a 208-room branded lifestyle hotel; 275,000 gross square feet of cutting-edge retail space, enclosed by a glass skylight with a central atrium; themed restaurants; a culinary food hall; beer garden; 48 office condominiums; and a variety of entertainment options including a 34,000-square-foot, fully-immersive 4DX movie theater.
