Project Description
The proposal is characterized by its contribution to public space, which is developed through the following strategies: freeing up the first floor and extending the activity from ground level to the existing avenue, generating a system of urban patios through a porous platform, and giving continuity to the circuit of civic spaces on the terraces which function as urban viewpoints. The entire project is controlled by a homogeneous grid that allows flexibility and spatial adaptability.
